You have to be wearing the armor and use Dive of the Valkyries. The wings show when you use the armor perk.

I'm Kinda dissapointed, these items are really pretty, and the wings of the armor are really cool, but the perks are terrible and the wings aren't add in transmog, same as isu knight. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1.Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
I believe a spear is missing from the Golden Sun pack
